In 2020, he was the head of the “Scientific and technical support of scientific or scientific-technical activities for the development of scientific and educational cooperation with the countries of the Arctic zone and international projects on the Arctic” project. He is a participant in developing the «Trianon Dialogue» project, the Russian-French cooperation in the field of climate and northern territories research in accordanve with the Russian-French roadmap for creating a center for the Arctic and Climatic Research hosted by the Russian State Medical University. He was directly involved in the foundation of two laboratories at the Russian State Medical University: Arctic Laboratory and Ecology and Climate.
